Progressively surprising how updated it stays
Actually happy to download this and actually be happy and at ease when i order so much food i find this system unique but also compatible with a brute as myself, next just put the pizzeria in the burger joint. Boom I Volunteer to test this out.
Rewards points not tallied
I have made several purchases in-store b/c my preferred credit card (AMEX) always shows in the app as a credit card that is not supported by the store I frequent. Knowing that I don’t make a ton of purchases, I never really check my rewards balance, but today, I checked the balance, and it says my only visit was in December 2023. That’s completely false, but I have received NO credit for any of my other visits even though I scan my app in-store every single time. So all those other visits were a waste. Very disappointed with the faulty app that is not giving me credit/rewards.
Nice app if it ever works
The app used to work but for the last few months it has been painfully slow, it takes 10 minutes to load and still doesn’t work properly. Nobody has that kind of time, apps are supposed to make ordering quick, easy and convenient. This is obviously a known problem but it hasn’t been fixed and so I’ve made no purchases in the last few months. Such a shame!
